PRICING
Residential Diagnostic Service Call
$150
For situations where the cause of the problem is unknown.
Includes:
• On-site inspection
• Problem diagnosis
• Repair recommendations
• Written estimate if additional work is required
Diagnostic service calls do not include repair work.
If repairs are approved, labor and materials are billed separately.
Labor Rate
$65 per half hour
($130 per hour)
Billed in half-hour increments.
Commercial Diagnostic Service Call
$250
For commercial properties, offices, schools, churches, medical facilities, retail locations, and multi-unit properties where the source of the problem has not yet been identified.
Includes:
• On-site inspection
• Problem diagnosis
• Repair recommendations
• Written estimate if additional work is required
Repair Work
When the scope of work is known before scheduling, service calls are not required.
Repairs may be scheduled directly from the submitted request form.
Labor Rate
Labor rates vary by project scope, facility requirements, scheduling, and access conditions.

Materials
Customers may provide materials or request procurement through Shua Door & Entry.
Materials purchased by Shua Door & Entry are billed at cost plus a 10% procurement fee.
Additional travel required to obtain specialty materials may be billed separately.
After-Hours Service
Service requested after 5:00 PM, weekends, holidays, emergency calls, or priority scheduling may be subject to adjusted labor rates.
After-hours labor begins at $80 per half hour after the Initial $250 after-hours fee.
Commercial Maintenance Programs
Monthly and quarterly maintenance programs are available for qualifying commercial properties.
Programs may include:
• Door inspections
• Door closer adjustments
• Panic device testing
• Hardware tightening and adjustment
• Electric strike testing
• Accessibility reviews
• Minor corrective maintenance
Maintenance plans are customized based on property size, door count, and service frequency.
Service Area
Based in Conway, Arkansas.
Regular service areas include Conway, Greenbrier, Vilonia, Morrilton, Clinton, Harrison, Yellville, Mountain Home, Gassville, Bull Shoals, Midway, and communities along the U.S. 65 corridor.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Shua Door & Entry does not offer payment plans, delayed billing, Net 15, Net 30, Net 60, or post-completion invoicing.
Residential and commercial customers are expected to submit payment before the Master Door Specialist leaves the job site.
Accepted payment methods include:
• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• Check
• Zelle
Electronic payments may be processed directly from the job site.
For multi-day projects, payment is due for labor, materials, and completed work performed during each service visit.
Failure to provide payment at the completion of service may result in suspension of future work, cancellation of remaining scheduled visits, and collection efforts when applicable.
By scheduling service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these payment terms.
